Replacement and Return Policy
At Look Heloo, we are keen on providing full satisfaction to our customers. The replacement and return policy guarantees complete satisfaction from the customer and preserves the rights of the company.

Due to the health factors of cosmetics, as well as skin, hair and body care products, they are not subject to the policy of replacement and return even if they are in their original condition, except for the products that arrive to you damaged, defective or not as ordered. Also, the products where in their details, it is mentioned that they “cannot be returned nor refunded” in Product details page.

The customer can return the devices and tools provided that they have not been used or opened and that they are in their original condition as received from Look Heloo.

If opened, the customer can return them for an actual reason, such as the difference in the specifications of the received product from the specifications of the offer, or if the received product was different from the ordered product.

What are the amounts to be paid in case of replacement or return?
When replacing or returning a product that is not damaged, that is, in its original condition because the customer wants to change the product, the shipping and delivery fees are paid by the customer.

Please make sure to return any free gifts associated with the order to be exchanged or refunded and in case the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from the order amount.

In the event that the product is returned as a result of a defect or a manufacturing defect in the product, or damage during shipping and delivery, or the delivery of a product by mistake, Look Heloo bears all shipping and delivery fees.

How can the customer replace or return the devices and tools?
The customer must ship the product in its original packaging with all its accessories as well as the user manual, as we do not accept the replacement or return of products that are scratched, soiled, or damaged as a result of misuse or malfunction due to electrical connection with a wrong voltage. Requests for replacement or return of products will not be accepted after tear of the original packaging. When the Look Heloo team receives the devices or tools, they will be examined by our technicians to ensure that the product complies with the conditions, as well as the presence of all its accessories, and to verify the product technically. After that, approval or rejection will be issued by the responsible manager for replacement or return.

What is the period allowed for the replacement or return of the product?
The customer must contact us to request a replacement or return before the expiry of the replacement or refund period, which is valid for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.

How long does the exchange or return process take?

The Look Heloo team directly verifies all the details of the order and within 7 working days of receiving the product, the customer will be receive an answer.

How will the customer receive the refund if the return request is approved?
The amount is deposited to the bank card account from which the purchase was made, and the time period may vary according to the procedures of the bank in question.
